Properly Trained, A Man Can Be A Dog's Best Friend

On Saturday after waiting for what seem like an eternity for Dad to get off work He finally made it home!

We eagerly hopped in Mum's car and headed for a glorious walk in the afternoon sun.

We arrived to the most wonderful place on earth:

Erindale Park

We ran, we laughed, we ate sticks, we hung from branches, and marked our territory on the way.

After walking almost 5 kms I was exhausted so we headed home for dinner and obviously a nap.

Spring has sprung!. Mom has today off so after she enjoyed her David's Tea (thanks pinkgiggles) she took us on a long walk.  

Although it is technically Spring the weather lately hasn't been feeling like it.  I'm looking forward to nicer weather for many reasons.  My main reason...

Ready, Set, Exercise

I bet you are wondering how us two girls stay in fantastic shape?  EXERCISE!  Kid you not I was not always this trim.  One day I will go through some of my old photos and show you the "old" Lexus.
After Mum feeds us our dinner Maggie and I will begin our exercise just as Mum does hers.  I have heard that you are not suppose to exercise right after you eat because it can make you vomit - that just means I get to eat my dinner TWICE!

Is That A Pit Bull?

NO! Although my sister and I do not have anything against Pit Bulls, we wanted to clear up the misconception. American Bulldogs do not fall under the "Pit Bull" Ban. My mother always taught us it's not necessarily the breed of the dog that determines the viciousness of one; it's the stupid irresponsible owners. So if you see us walking down the street don't be afraid, we won't bite...and pretty please we beg of you not to ask our mother if we are Pit Bulls. She may just whack you with a stick.

If you should be afraid of anyone be afraid of her!

That's Shelby. She may look cute and tiny but don't be fooled. She is a terror, all 15lbs of her!
